Trauma-informed care is an integral part of Origin’s teaching methodology, making it a destination for a wide demographic of fitness enthusiasts. ORIGIN FITNESS CLASSES

Yoga

Yoga means “union” and is an ancient practice that explores and develops the connection of mind, body and spirit. Yoga strengthens and stabilizes the physical body, and promotes vitality, relaxation and peace of mind. Yoga is a journey of self-exploration and discovery, designed to be not just a physical “asana” practice, but a way of life.

Pilates

Pilates is “the complete coordination of the mind, body and spirit.” Pilates incorporates a set sequence of no-impact exercises that promote core strength and stability, muscle control and endurance resulting in proper posture and functional movement patterns. Origin offers classes that cater to all skill levels, including beginners.

Barre Fitness

Barre Fitness, one of the hottest trends in the industry, was developed initially as a rehabilitative method in the 1950’s by an injured ballerina. Origin’s Barre classes value their therapeutic roots; classes are choreographed to motivating music, and mix elements of Pilates, dance, yoga and functional training, to create a no-impact full body workout.

Cardio + Strength Bootcamp

Our Bootcamp classes consist of customized circuit training exercises to rev up your metabolism, build strength and elevate your cardiovascular endurance, by rapidly moving from exercise to exercise with little rest in between. With an exercise regimen that is constantly changing, this class is designed to challenge your body and mind and keep you on your toes.

Functional Fitness For Every Body

Every single class offered is designed to be accessible to any and every body, whether it's Yoga, Barre Fitness, Mat Pilates, or Bootcamp. Each class is a full-body workout that is high intensity but low-impact, making it safe, challenging, and effective for all ages. Classes are small, with plenty of personalized attention from a highly trained and passionate instructor. Mindfulness and breath are incorporated, teaching members how to cultivate the strength, stamina, and focus necessary to be fully present in life on and off the mat.

COACHING + MENTORSHIP

Private Coaching

This is a great option if you're looking to deepen your personal practice, are working with a physical limitation, such as an injury, have questions about postures and modifications, or simply want a more private experience.

Instructor Mentorship

An essential part of becoming an impactful teacher, is having an inspirational guide of your own. Becoming a teacher is a humbling journey; I will provide you with support, accountability, feedback and encouragement.

My mission is to inspire others to make positive changes in their lives on and off of the mat. With over 1,000 hours of training and over a decade of teaching yoga and fitness classes, I feel blessed to stand in the role of teacher and share my passion, energy and practice with others.
