In this 75-minute workshop you will learn introductory concepts and begin to train your core and pelvic floor muscles to be reflexive and responsive to your body. If you struggle with diastasis recti, a weak core, back pain, pelvic organ prolapse or are just looking to build a sustainable movement practice with an integrated core – this workshop is for you. Vanessa helps women move and feel better in their body. As a certified Restore Your Core™ Movement Teacher and Coach, she tailors exercises to clients needs to optimize function in their core – specifically addressing physical weaknesses and compensation patterns women adopt over time. Vanessa’s programs help those with core or pelvic floor concerns such as low back pain, leaking urine, prolapsed organs, abdominal separation, or feelings of weakness or unease in the body. She holds a B.S. in Health and Exercise from Colorado State University.
