The feet are a strong, stable foundation designed to spring into action propelling you forward. Stability and movement require the foot to be a bit of a chameleon, quickly switching from foundation to spring in each step.
In this workshop you will learn the full range of movement in your feet…How the foot allows us to stand, walk, run, jump and dance. In addition, healthy, flexible, moveable feet will be able to absorb the force from gravity instead of allowing tension to travel up the ankles, knees, hips, and spine.
Find out how to build a stable base while maintaining the foot’s dynamic nature. Especially recommended for anyone suffering from foot-related issues such as plantar fasciitis, neuropathy, arch problems, and arthritis.
