Whether you’re brand new to yoga, or have a regular practice, this is the perfect opportunity to deepen your practice, and ask questions. We’ll break down the most fundamental yoga postures, allowing you to learn the correct alignment for your body, and to understand the muscles used in each posture; we’ll also look at modifications. Throughout the workshop, we will talk about breath, and mind-body connection and some of the major benefits of having a regular practice. We’ll also address proper posture, foot and hand foundation. The format for the workshop is to dive into postures, experience and ask questions, and then we’ll end with a flowing series to put your knowledge into action.
No prior yoga experience is necessary. This is a free workshop.
