REBOOT Meditation Classes


Curious to try and learn about meditation? We’ve partnered with Daphne, of REBOOT Meditation to add these classes to our studio.

Come and experience the life changing benefits of meditation, even if you’ve never tried it before! All classes are suitable for everyone, including first timers and beginners.

Meditation is a process in which one develops a greater understanding of oneself, creating more self-awareness of mind and body in the present moment. It is a process which draws upon yoga philosophy and breathing techniques, shifting one's experience from the outer world to the inner world. Meditation is a journey from the outer self to the inner self.

Daphne will introduce you to techniques and help you learn to incorporate this practice to make it part of your everyday life. Meditation is a path you can pursue and refine throughout your life. Drawing on modern science, as well as ancient Eastern traditions and the founder's own extensive personal experience, Daphne offers techniques and guidance to explore a meditation practice deeply.

Daphne is passionate about teaching meditation to first timers, and empowering people to combat the negative impact of stress and increase health and wellbeing.
