Class Details: (45min) Build strength and tone muscle using a traditional bodybuilding approach. Class is broken into 6 weighted exercises. Each exercise includes 3 working sets of 10-20reps each set. and 1min rest between sets. Modifiable for all body types and fitness goals.

A focused, 45min Bodybuilding class (Origin’s first!) following a traditional bodybuilding approach, class is broken into 6 exercises. Each exercise includes 3 working sets of 10-20reps each set. You can scale your reps based on the amount of weight lifted. Focus on slow, controlled movements (time under tension) over heavy weight. Want to increase your weight? Just reduce your reps to a weight that allows fatigue without compromising form. Everything can be modified in this class! Video includes all sets + rest. Want to increase your gains? Repeat this class numerous times weekly, while gradually increasing weight.
Recommended Equipment: Dumbbell sets (light to heavy as desired). Substitute with Kettlebells if desired. No weights? Use a bottle or jug of water (1 gal = 8.3lbs).
