Class Details: (64min) This class focuses on opening up our hips and hamstrings using stretches, yin yoga postures and self-myofascial release.
This class incorporates deep passive and active stretching, Yin yoga, and elements of self-myofascial release using tennis balls, foam rollers and other props, targeting the connective tissues and fascia of the body. Postures are held for 3 to 5 minutes to achieve more flexibility in the joints and connective tissue. A calming and balancing addition suitable for all lifestyles. No prior yoga experience necessary. This class focuses on opening up our hips and hamstrings.
Recommended Equipment: a yoga mat, 2 tennis balls, a foam roller of any size and 2 yoga blocks if you have them.
