Evolved from the original Lotte Berk Method, Yoga and Pilates, and set to fun upbeat music, this class features exercises that lengthen and strengthen every major muscle group.
This class includes: single standing leg lifts, wide turn out and parallel thigh work, abs work at a wall, tabletop and standing pretzel for thigh work.
Recommended Equipment: a yoga mat + a stable surface + 1 pair of light dumbbell weights (1-3 lbs)
