This Bootcamp class consists of 3 round of 8 weighted circuit training exercises to rev up your metabolism, build strength and elevate your cardiovascular endurance. All you need is a single dumbbell, kettlebell, or even a weighted jug for this full-body bootcamp class. It’s a high intensity interval workout that combines strength training and cardiovascular work to create functional fitness, agility and mobility. Class begins with a warm up and ends with a cool down stretch. This class is designed for all levels and modifications are provided.
Recommended Equipment: Dumbbells or Kettlebells or bootle/jug of water (1 gal = 8.3lbs).
