Yoga Sculpt: A powerful full body workout that combines light hand weights with yoga postures to increase strength, improve flexibility, and build endurance. Sculpt classes are set to energizing music and designed to tone and sculpt every major muscle group. This class complements your regular yoga practice while boosting your metabolism and pushing your strength and flexibility to new heights. A challenging and rewarding class, be prepared to push your limits and sweat! Some prior yoga experience required.
Warm Yoga Fusion: Inspired by the traditional hot yoga series, this class is gently heated (not hot), allowing for deeper opening within the body. Elements of flow are included, in addition to longer holds in postures. This is a slower paced, alignment based class that is both challenging and restorative.
